Before founding Blaze, Smith served as managing partner, executive director, marketing & communications lead at Mindshare NA. Previous to that she led global corporate communications at Arnold Worldwide, and served as vice-president of corporate communications at Digitas. Mindshare and Digitas were honored with several agency awards during her tenure, including Advertising Age's A-List, and "Agency of the Year" nods from Adweek, MediaPost, and B-to-B Magazine.
