The ‘next Cannes’ was buzzing with excitement and seemingly overcrowded all at once.

Aside from talking about the “not fun” stuff, Possible was a great opportunity to talk to today’s leaders face to face as opposed to the usual Zoom calls. There is room for casual chatter, banter and even experiencing activations and sessions together. I got to talk about working-mom life with Colle McVoy’s new president Obele Brown-West and how to navigate demanding careers. A quick iced tea in a shady area with BBDO president Nancy Reyes and Olivia Dames enabled me to be a fly on the agency’s walls. An evening with the students of Miami Ad School shined a light on what the next generation of creatives is truly thinking. And where else would I have been able to get solo time with Smartly CEO Laura Desmond to pick her brain about what’s next in AI? More to come there.
